Strength based support.

Small group sessions (4 children)

This 12-week program offers two sessions per week, combining movement and reflection to support holistic youth development. Participants will gain confidence, improve physical health, and enhance emotional regulation. The program also strengthens peer relationships and raises awareness of exploitation risks, online safety, and emotional intelligence. By integrating physical activity with reflective practices, it fosters resilience, personal growth, education stability, and successful reintegration.

1:1 support for young people.

Delivered flexibly in community or school settings, this 12-week program uses a trauma-informed, creative, and consistent approach. It focuses on building trust rather than simply completing tasks, creating connections to long-term support, and reframing behavior through a strength-based, trauma-informed lens.
